Payment, release and payout

Payout options
Standard payout. No additional Paxtra charge. Arrival is expected about 2 to 7 business days after release. That timing is an estimate, not a guarantee.
Instant Payout. Planned, not available yet. The published rate is 1.5% of the eligible payout, minimum C$1.00, in addition to the transaction fee.
Currencies
The intended first payment pilot uses Canadian dollars in eligible Canadian provinces, excluding Quebec. Display-currency preferences for later markets are CAD, USD, GBP and EUR, with USD shown elsewhere. A display currency does not mean payments are available in that market. Currency conversion charges may apply for cross-border payments.
Cancellations and refunds
There's no single global return policy. Cancelling may be possible before the seller starts fulfilling the deal. After that, it isn't automatic, and depends on things like work already done, delivery, personalised or digital goods, completed service work and the seller's terms. After funds are released, Paxtra can't promise to reverse a transaction. None of this affects your legal consumer rights.
If the buyer doesn't confirm
Release doesn't depend only on the buyer confirming. If a buyer doesn't respond, or raises an issue, release, a refund or another permitted outcome follows from the resolution process.
