7. What we may do
7.1 If we reasonably believe this policy has been broken, we may, as the Terms and the law allow: issue a warning; ask for more verification; limit or stop a transaction; restrict, suspend or close an account; refuse future service; and report the matter to payment providers or the authorities where appropriate.
7.2 The steps we take, and how we decide, follow the enforcement provisions in the Dispute Resolution Policy.
7.3 We do not take or keep a person’s funds automatically as a penalty. Any action on funds needs a valid contractual and legal basis, and follows the Terms and our payment arrangements.
7.4 Account reliability (future). If Paxtra introduces account reliability or Trust Score features in the future, verified serious violations of this policy may be taken into account under the rules in section 22.0 of the Dispute Resolution Policy. This policy does not create any such feature now.
